Please enclose with this form, or email us 25 or more of your favorite songs or artists you would like to have played at your event.  This will help us to tailor the music at your event to fit the Bride and Groom's tastes.

**  CMS-DJ receommends that you do not plan to open gifts during your reception, as this will generally take a large amount of time away from the reception itself.  This is a sure way to drive away a large portion of your guests, and so is discouraged from being a part of the reception.
